| Haus Hörnleblick | |
| House Hörnleblick was built in 1983 with the purpose of providing holiday rentals. As of today, 10 out of 28 apartments are still rented out to vacationers. They vary in size (appr. 38 sqm, 50 sqm, 68 sqm), modernization and style of furnishing, so there should be something for every taste.
Some of the apartments on offer have been classified (rated) with 3 or 4 stars by the DTV (German Tourism Association) in accordance with their uniform criteria catalog. |

The rent includes the basic equipment with one linen package per guest (bed linen, towels, tea towel). Should you require additional linen packages during your stay, we charge € 15.00 per package / guest. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the laundry room for use by guests and residents. 1 € coins are required to operate the coin-operated machines. | |
| visitor's charge of Bad Bayersoien | |
At the end of your stay, we will charge the visitor's tax levied on all guests on behalf of the municipality of Bad Bayersoien (currently: € 2.40 / day per guest aged 16 and over). According to the municipal statutes, severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of 80% or more are exempt from the contribution. Accompanying persons of severely disabled persons with a corresponding additional note ‘B’ on their ID card are charged 50%. In the case of long-term stays, no further contributions are due for consecutive stays of 22 days or more. | |

| cancelation policy / contractual framework | |
All bookings are subject to our general guest acceptance terms and conditions, which you will receive not only with your booking confirmation but also with your reservation (5 days binding period). Although the German version is the binding one for legal reasons you can find a translation here.
Our terms and conditions provide that, in the event of your cancellation, 90% of the total rental price is due within 14 days of invoicing, regardless of cancellation date or proximity to arrival date. We, as well as Ammergauer Alpen, therefore highly recommend that all guests take out a travel cancellation insurance ("no-risk-cancellation") with one of the many providers.
As mentioned above we recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance - there is some information in the SERVICE menu, however, you should look for specific insurance in your country of origin. | |
